Bodybuilding is the process of transforming the human body into its fullest potential, increasing muscles to unimaginable sizes, and evolving the proportions of each body part to produce a work of art. This sport was first presented in the early 1890s as entertainment for the audience; as a sport, it was not taken seriously at the time because there was little to no difference in size between bodybuilders and average people. Due to a lack of understanding of weight training and diets, the sport was not taken seriously. In bodybuilding competitions in the 1890s, the main emphasis was on strength, with the strongest competitors receiving the most attention. Over time, as society changed, bodybuilding.

Each bodybuilder had to exhibit basic characteristics like symmetry and beauty. The winner was chosen by summing the scores for symmetry and beauty, and it seemed anticipated that the bodybuilder with the most astounding size and proportion would win. The winning applicant was also chosen based on how the bodybuilder posed and presented himself. As the years went by, bodybuilders rose to prominence across many societal groups because to their superior size and unmistakable physiques. Bodybuilding began to take off as a culture and another trend that affected public perception; it was born out of the fitness sector. To maximize their chances of winning, bodybuilders needed to be in the best physical form possible.
